METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STIFFENER-COMBINED LNG STORAGE TANK, LNG STORAGE TANK THEREOF, AND LNG STORAGE TANK MODULE USING SAME

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a stiffener-combined LNG storage tank, the LNG storage tank manufactured by the method, and an LNG storage tank module manufactured by using the same, wherein: in order to combine a "main board and a stiffener" of an LNG storage tank, an H-shaped plane having both ends of a web, on which a first flange and a second flange which is longer than said first flange are formed, is extruded by molding by using an aluminum alloy material; said aluminum alloy material is heated at 570-650°C, which is a solidus temperature or more, such that the aluminum alloy material is isothermally maintained and is extruded by molding in the shape of the H-shaped plane through an extrusion mold which has an extrusion molding unit of an H-shaped plane form; and a plurality of H-shaped planes are welded between second flanges such that the second flanges become main boards of the LNG storage tank, whereby the first flange and the web function as stiffeners.
