摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring device which promptly and efficiently carries out a dynamic optical analysis method of a sample. <P>SOLUTION: An optical measuring device includes a laser light source 1, an object lens 10, an optical detector 2, a sample container 22, an optical element, a beam scanning mechanism 9 composed of an eccentric rotation mirror 40 and a motor 41 for rotating the eccentric rotation mirror 40, and a beam scanning mechanism control portion for generating a control signal and carrying out the drive control of the beam scanning mechanism 9; and carries out measurement corresponding to plural kinds of measuring items about physical properties of a biological sample in a solution held in the sample container. When carrying out FIDA measurement, the eccentric rotation mirror 40 is rotated to optically scan a condensing spot of a laser beam in a generally elliptical shape at a focus position in the solution held in the sample container. When carrying out FCS measurement, a mirror surface of the eccentric rotation mirror is fixed in an orientation in which light passing through an optical axis passes through the object lens along the optical axis, and confocal illumination is carried out in the solution by the light passing through the optical axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
