PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable supply registration application system with a greenhouse gas emission allowance capable of avoiding risk that a credit purchase cost for a consumable supply with the greenhouse gas emission allowance is used by multiple carbon off-set business, and to provide an image forming device using the system and a consumable supply registration application method with the greenhouse gas emission allowance.

SOLUTION: The consumable supply registration application system with a greenhouse gas emission allowance of an image forming device 1 comprises: a detection part 509a for detecting information of consumable supplies; a storage part 502 where information of consumable supplies with the greenhouse gas emission allowance is stored; a function of determining whether or not a consumable supply is the consumable supply with the greenhouse gas emission allowance; a function of notifying the image forming device 1 of information of a message prompting registration application of the greenhouse gas emission allowance of the consumable supply and information of a registration application form; a function of displaying the information on a display part 101; and a function of notifying a data management server 701 of information inputted into the registration application form.
