<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sense of incongruity, as much as possible, experienced by a user on upshift to a gear step of an automatic transmission limited by transmission restriction control. <P>SOLUTION: Since upshift of an automatic transmission 18 from a downshifted gear step is permitted, before and after G<SB POS="POST">FR</SB>is converted from rise to fall when downshift of the automatic transmission 18 is executed by transmission restriction control, reduction in acceleration feeling by upshift is sensed when acceleration feeling desired by a user begins to fall from a peak and the sense of incongruity experienced by the user on upshift to the gear step on high speed side of the automatic transmission 18 limited by transmission restriction control can be suppressed as much as possible. Completion of transmission restriction control limiting execution of basic transmission control of the automatic transmission 18 can be appropriately determined and the sense of incongruity experienced by the user when upshift of the automatic transmission 18 is executed accompanying the completion of the transmission restriction control can be suppressed as much as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
