The invention relates to a device for forming a cavity within a construction element during the molding thereof, said construction element receiving the head of at least one handling anchor (8) of the construction element, and including at least one inner space for receiving the head of the anchor, the inlet of which has a size corresponding to the cross-section of the anchor in the engaged position thereof in the inner space formed by the assembly of two half-buffers (A, B) that are movable between an assembled position for forming the receiving space, and a spaced-apart position for releasing the head of the anchor. According to the invention, the size of the passage inlet is variable and can be matched to anchors having variously sized cross-sections or to multiple anchors. The invention can be used for forming a cavity within a construction element.
