<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive refractive power lens which does not hinder sight line movement of a wearer to the maximum. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for designing a progressive refractive power lens for spectacles having a far focal part 11, a near focal part 12 and an intermediate part 13, which is includes: a step 100 of acquiring a tentative specification W of a bright vision width of a wearer including w1 of the far focal part 11, a bright vision width w2 of the intermediate part 13, and a bright vision width w3 of the near focal part 12 suitable for far vision, intermediate vision, and near vision of the wearer; and a step 200 of searching for a candidate specification Si whose distance from the tentative specification W is the closest in a search space including the bright vision width of the far focal part, the bright vision width of the intermediate part and the bright vision width of the near use part as coordinate axes from among a plurality of candidate specifications Si including a plurality of designed specifications of the progressive refractive power lens 10 designed based on a spectacle specification with common standard specification including additional power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
