<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture that can maintain the state in which a down-pipe is fitted to the exterior wall of a building even when the down-pipe expands or contracts vertically by a temperature change or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A fixture 1 includes a down-pipe joint 2 for connecting together down-pipes 3 arranged side by side vertically and a fixed body 4 that is fixed to an exterior wall 5 of a building and to which the down-pipe joint 2 is fitted. The down-pipe joint 2 includes an insertion piece 24 which is extended along the longitudinal direction of the connected down-pipes 3 and whose tip is a free end. The fixed body 4 includes an inserted hole 18 for freely inserting the insertion piece 24 vertically, a fixed part 13 that is fixed to the exterior wall 5 and a lock part 19 provided in the inserted hole 18.
