<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on work for distributing distributed information to residents in an apartment house. <P>SOLUTION: This information distribution system comprises: an information distribution server 10 for storing a distributed information database having distributed information associated with the apartment house as the distribution destination of the distributed information depending on distribution contents by a distributed information provider; an access management device 20 for acquiring the corresponding distributed information from the information distribution server 10 via a network, for controlling an automatic access door 30 to be opened when authenticating the validity of unlocking operation of a mobile terminal 50, and for controlling the distributed information to be written into the mobile terminal 50; and the mobile terminal 50 for storing a distributed information application which develops and displays the distributed information on a display screen, and using the distributed information application for developing and displaying the distributed information on the display screen when using the access management device 20 for writing the distributed information during the unlocking operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
