PURPOSE: A system for a donation service using internet banking and a method thereof are provided to enable a member to donate a donation by using internet banking, thereby easily donating the donation and increasing recognition about the donation of the member. CONSTITUTION: A donation organization terminal(10) uploads donation organization information. A user terminal(20) transacts internet banking and registers a donation service. A donation service server receives the donation organization information uploaded from the donation organization terminal. The donation service server confirms whether the donation service of the user terminal is registered. The donation service server automatically transfers a donation to an account of a designated donation organization.
