PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve display quality by increasing the color gamut of a color image. CONSTITUTION: A data controller compares image data of a previous screen and image data of a next screen. The data controller confirms a beginning gray level of each pixel. The data controller confirms a final gray level of the next screen. A data voltage is supplied to a pixel electrode during a constant frame period. The data voltage is supplied in a PWM method.
