摘要 <p>In a wireless communication system incorporating relay apparatuses, if each of the relay apparatuses independently performs a radio resource allocation, the interference between the relay apparatus and an existing base station or between the relay apparatus and another relay apparatus would cause the utilization efficiency of the radio resource of the whole system to become degraded. A base station performs not only the radio resource allocation of the base station itself but also the radio resource allocations of relay apparatuses and then performs a communication, while avoiding the frequency resources used for the relay apparatuses to perform transmissions, at a time when the base station itself performs the transmission, with the result that the interference between the base station and each relay apparatus and the interference between the relay apparatuses can be avoided. Further, each relay apparatus is caused to feed back a success or failure of data reception from the base station, and the radio resource allocated for the transmission of any relay apparatus having failed in the reception is re-utilized for the transmission of the base station, with the result that the radio resource use efficiency of the whole system can be improved.</p>
