PURPOSE: A user opinion information analyzing system in an online service and an online activity analyzing method using the same are provided to quantify an issue, a brand, and awareness about a specific company, thereby analyzing a tendency and a share rate about an online activity of a user based on a quantified result. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of web servers(300-1~300-n) posts user opinion information generated in an online service. An opinion analyzing device(100) extracts opinion information related to a specific issue from the posted user opinion information. The opinion analyzing device quantifies by applying a type of the extracted opinion information and a weighted value according to an online channel which the opinion information is generated. The opinion analyzing device analyzes a tendency and a share rate about an online activity of a user based on a quantified result.
