According to the invention, a locking piece (24) is arranged in the hollow shaft (12), which is separated into two pieces (30, 32) at a fixed separation point on installing the insulating sheet plug (10), the one piece (30) of which is forced back to a rear end of the hollow shaft (12) on withdrawing a drill (26) from the insulating board plug (10) and thus seals a cavity (16) in the hollow shaft (12).
