PURPOSE: A heat pack is provided to improve user convenience by being easily heated by boiling water, warm water, or a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A heat pack comprises a sealing container(20), crystallizing solution, and a trigger(40). The sealing container is sealed by thermal sealing. The crystallizing solution is filled inside the sealing container and is crystallized by impact. The trigger initiates exothermic reaction by giving impact to the crystallizing solution. The sealing container is made of a composite material in which a synthetic resin coating layer is formed on the inner side of fabric layer.
