<p>The drilling bit (1) comprises a drilling head (2) with a flat central area (3) and an annular area (4) inclined towards the central area. The drilling head is provided with multiple hard material inserts or drill pins (7,10) and has a jetting opening (8) for extraction of fluid and recesses (9) for evacuation of drilling cuttings. The drilling head in the inclined annular area has drilling pin formed in one piece with the drilling head and blind holes provided with setting units. The drilling pins are provided with complementary setting units that are detachably inserted into the blind holes.</p>
