<p>The method involves connecting communication interface (30) of drive control device (16) to a bus (20). A basic functionality unit (32) is set in a memory (28) of the drive control device, for the control of connected or connectable motor load. A software interface (38) is provided as a portion of basic functionality unit. The functionality of a web server (36) is loaded during the operation of drive control device in cooperation with the basic functionality unit via the software interface. The data are forwarded to the web server through communication interface. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) drive control device; (2) computer program for connecting input interface of web server with communication interface of drive control device and for connecting output interface of web server with software interface of drive control device; (3) data carrier for storing computer program for connecting interfaces; (4) computer program product having computer program for connecting interfaces; and (5) digital storage medium with electronically readable control signals.</p> |
