<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a cement raw material by which when a cement raw material is transferred by a belt conveyor to a crushing step for crushing the cement raw material by a mill and an acute crushed waste material is used as a portion of the raw material, the cement raw material can be prepared while effectively preventing damage to the belt conveyor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the cement raw material includes a drying step for drying a cement main raw material by a dryer and a crushing step for crushing the dried cement main raw material obtained in the drying step by using a crusher, wherein the cement main raw material is transferred to respective steps by using the belt conveyers. The method is characterized in that the acute waste material is used as a portion of the cement raw material, and the acute waste material is directly charged into the crusher in the crushing step from a passage different from the passage of the belt conveyor for transferring the cement main raw material, and crushed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
