<p>The device has an outer unit comprising firmly connected parts, and steel wire brushes (13) held in a movable indoor unit by retaining boxes. Contact pressure regulating adjustable springs (14) are pushed to a continuous wire (15) to be cleaned. The springs are moved back and forth at the continuous wire with simultaneous continuous washing of the wire brushes with jetting water.
