<p>The apparatus has an edge strip (5) which is moved by moving unit (11) to edges (8a) of workpiece (8) to form a joint gap (10). A pressing unit (6) presses the edge strip in the area of the pressing zone. A radiation source (9) emits radiation (1) into the region of the joint gap for the activation of adhesive layer so that edge strip and workpiece are connected. A reflector (2) reflects radiation reflected by the edge strip passed through the reflector, to the edge strip itself. An independent claim is included for method for bewelling workpiece.</p> |
