PURPOSE: A thermotherapy apparatus, a pillow, and a cushion are provided to relieve pains and to promote blood circulation by irradiating light to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A thermotherapy apparatus comprises an input unit(110), a sensor unit(120), a controller(130), a light output unit(140), a display unit(150), and a communication unit(160). The input unit receives lighting information on a plurality of light output units from a user. The sensor unit detects the pressure applied to thermotherapy device. The controller controls the lighting of an LED based on lighting information or sensing information. The light output unit is realized as a plurality of light output units having different wavelength bands. The display unit displays output information including wavelength band information of light, treatment effect, and power state. The communication unit receives the lighting information on the LED.
