POLYDIACETYLNE-MAGNETIC NANO COMPOSITE, PREPARATION THEREOF AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polydiacetylene magnetic nano-composite, a manufacturing method thereof and the use for the same are provided to be applied as a sensor and to be separated in a short time by using a small amount of samples. CONSTITUTION: A polydiacetylene magnetic nano-composite(100) is formed by combining polydiacetylene(120) and magnetic nano-particles(110). The polydiacetylene forms a core, and the magnetic nano-particle has a structure which is combined at the end of the core. The manufacturing method of the polydiacetylene magnetism nano-composite comprises the following steps: manufacturing a polydiacetylene solution by polymerizing diacetylene monomer with a solvent; mixing the polydiacetylene solution with the magnetic nano-particles; and ultrasonicating the mixture including the magnetic nano-particles and diacetylene.
