PURPOSE: A high efficiency heat pump air conditioning apparatus using remote management for an application in a smart phone is provided to create an effective heating and cooling cycle simultaneously using a short and a long pipe. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating medium temperature damper(171) connects to one side of a long pipe indoor heat exchanger(162). When a cooling cycle is operated, refrigerating medium temperature is increased. The refrigerating medium temperature damper reduces the increased refrigerating medium temperature. A refrigerating medium temperature compensator(172) connects to other side of the long pipe indoor heat exchanger. When a heating cycle is operated, the refrigerating medium temperature is decreased. The refrigerating medium temperature compensator increases the decreased refrigerating medium temperature.
