REFERENCE POWER SOURCE USING CURRENT COMPENSATION

PURPOSE: A reference power generator using current compensation is provided to reduce power consumption by minimizing the number of transistors and current paths. CONSTITUTION: A circuit start-up unit(100) provides a circuit start-up signal. The circuit start-up signal activates the operation of a reference power generator. A reference voltage generator(200) outputs a reference voltage. The reference voltage is corresponded to the difference between a first voltage and a second voltage. The first and second voltages are divided by first and second transistors. A current compensation unit(300) generates a reference current.
