A louvre for a ' tubular-lamp fitting has projecting pins located in recesses in end brackets in the lamp fitting so as to admit a lifting, traversing and turning motion of the louvre relative'to the brackets. A pair of pins e project inwardly from each end wall of a honeycomb louvre c to engage with a pair of recesses g<SP>1</SP> in the upper edges of flanges on angle brackets g secured to the lamp fitting and supporting the lamp holders h. To hinge or remove the louvre one side thereof is raised and moved outwardly so that the two longitudinally aligned pins e on that side are raised out of their recesses g<SP>1</SP> and clear the edges g<SP>2</SP> of the brackets; the pins on the other side of the louvre traverse the recesses g<SP>1</SP> to the position shown dotted. The louvre can now be rotated to the dot and dash position and can be completely removed if desired by lifting the second pair of aligned pins e out of their recesses g<SP>1</SP>. |
