<p>PURPOSE: A wet carbon dioxide separation withdrawal system and a method are provided to improve the carbon dioxide removal rate within an absorptive tower, and to minimize the volume of the absorptive tower. CONSTITUTION: The wet carbon dioxide separation withdrawal system includes: an absorptive tower(10) reacting for the second time with ascending mixing gas after the absorbent liquid, filled in the lower part of the inside, and mixing gas, supplied to the lower part of the inside, react for the first time and absorbent liquid, supplied through the upper part, is spread in the stuffed material of upper part of the inside and finishes the first reaction; and a stripper(20) disuniting absorbent and carbon dioxide by flowing in the carbon dioxide saturated absorption discharged from the absorptive tower and using heat energy.</p> |
