PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal, a docking station therefor, and a method for controlling the mobile communication terminal are provided to improve user convenience by using a touch screen of a relatively bigger terminal as an I/O device for a relatively smaller terminal. CONSTITUTION: A connection terminal(170) is connected to another terminal including a second touch display unit(151). If the other terminal is connected through the connection terminal, a control unit(180) sets the second touch display unit as an I/O device by activating the second touch display unit. The control unit resets a touch input mode base on the size of the second touch display unit. The terminal is a device only for I/O. A memory(160) stores wallpaper information. If the terminal is connected, the control unit a wallpaper on the second touch display unit.
