PURPOSE: A user fall sensing device is provided to easily sense a fall of a user through air discharged by pressing an air tube of the fall sensing device when an impact of the fall is given to the fall sensing device. CONSTITUTION: An air tube includes an air inlet(54) and an air outlet(55). Air is flowed in the inside through the air outlet. The air is discharged to the outside through the air outlet. The inside of the air tube is charged with the air. A pressure sensor(56) is installed at the air outlet. If a user falls, the pressure sensor senses air pressure discharged to the outside by an impact to the air tube.
