PURPOSE: A printing swivel for preventing the occurrence of surging phenomenon is provided to prevent the backflow of paint by being integrated with a backflow preventive part. CONSTITUTION: A printing swivel for preventing the occurrence of surging phenomenon includes a front connecting unit(1), a connecting union(2), and a rear connecting unit(3). A male screw(1a) is formed at one end part of the front connecting unit. A plurality of balls is arranged in a recess which is formed at the center of the front connecting unit. One end part of the connecting union is connected to another end part of the front connecting unit and rotates on the balls. One end part of the rear connecting unit is combined with another end part of the connecting union. A male screw(3a) is formed at another end part of the rear connecting unit. The printing swivel further includes a backflow preventive part. The backflow preventive part is embedded in the rear connecting unit.
