<p>PURPOSE: A vertical wind power generator with movable blades is provided to minimize an influence by the changes in the direction of wind. CONSTITUTION: A vertical wind power generator with movable blades comprises a vertical shaft(10), a blade unit(20), an interlocking unit(50), and blade driving units. The interlocking unit interlocks with gears on the inner surface. The interlocking unit is rotated according to the changes in the direction of wind in order to position the gears at the forward reverse point of the blade unit. The blade driving units are placed at a straight traveling path, and revolve with the blade unit. The blade driving units straightly move the blade unit by converting rotary force generated from the gears into the linear motion of a rack.</p> |
