WASHING APPARATUS, EXHAUST REGENERATING FACILITY, AND SOLUTION FILM FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash exhaust cooling coils for condensing a compound contained in exhaust.

SOLUTION: The exhaust cooling coils 47c are disposed in a horizontally installed duct 45 through which exhaust 40a flows. The exhaust cooling coils 47c are arranged in the flow direction of the exhaust 40a. An additive washing apparatus 48 includes an upstream feeder 71, a downstream feeder 72 and an intermediate feeder 73. The upstream feeder 71 jets a washing liquid 65 upstream of the most upstream side cooling coil 47cu. The downstream feeder 72 jets the washing liquid 65 downstream of the most downstream side cooling coil 47cd. The intermediate feeder 73 jets the washing liquid 65 toward a clearance between the exhaust cooling coils 47c from a top part 45u of the horizontally installed duct 45.
