<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten boiler construction period and reduce boiler construction cost by facilitating installation of a back stay to a furnace wall. <P>SOLUTION: An upper slide metal fitting 9 and a lower slide metal fitting 10, which are provided with elongate holes 8 extending in the horizontal direction, are welded and fixed vertically in advance with a gap, to a flange face 7 of the back stay 5 horizontally arranged outside the furnace wall 1 of a boiler furnace 4. Both leg parts 14a of an upper support metal fitting 15 and a lower support metal fitting 16, which are formed in a projecting shape with bend portions 14, are welded and fixed in advance to the outer face of the furnace wall 1, to be located above the upper slide metal fitting 9 and below the lower slide metal fitting 10, which are provided on the back stay 5. The back stay 5 are arranged so that the upper slide metal fitting 9 and the lower slide metal fitting 10, which are fixed to the back stay 5, are located between the upper support metal fitting 15 and the lower support metal fitting 16. A locking pin 17 is inserted into the bend portions 14 of the upper support metal fitting 15 and the lower support metal fitting 16 and the elongate holes 8 of the upper slide metal fitting 9 and the lower slide metal fitting 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
