<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that noise is carried on speech voice when a telegraphic message is transmitted during telephone conversation, and thereby it is difficult to talk. <P>SOLUTION: A call determination unit determines whether or not a call is in progress between remote controllers by monitoring a communication channel. A telegram length determination unit prohibits transmission of a telegram having a length equal to or longer than a preset value. If a call is in progress, a call control unit stops transmission of a telegram having a length equal to or longer than a preset value. Consequently, occupation of the communication channel by transmission of a telegram having a long length is avoided, and noise is not carried on the speech voice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
