PREFORM, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform which can suppress occurrence of an uneven part in the surface of an article molded by high-cycle press molding, and a method for manufacturing the same preform, as well as a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molded article using the same preform.

SOLUTION: The place of discoloration of resin or the uneven part (defective place) occurring in the surface of a molded article is predetermined beforehand in the molded article which is molded without using the preform (6) on the back of which a film-like resin composition (7) is stuck. The film-like resin composition (7) having an area covering the uneven part is stuck to a predeetrmined part corresponding to the defective place, which is located on the back side of an original preform composed of one or more piled-up layers. The molded article is manufactured by using the preform having the film-like resin composition stuck on the back.
