<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which is high in efficiency, easy in the securement of a stroke, and also easy in the securement of sufficient durability. <P>SOLUTION: One pair of loading cam devices 7a, 7a are constituted of two pairs of sun roller elements 8c, 8c and cam plates 15a, 15a. Then, the face pressure of each traction part being a rolling contact part between peripheral faces of the rollers is secured by axial pressing forces which are generated by both the loading cam devices 7a, 7a.
