The arrangement has passage openings (16, 17) arranged in lower and upper well regions to produce groundwater circuits. The passage openings detect circumference of a well, or are arranged as vertically congruent part surfaces. The groundwater circuits are arranged via a seal (14) and a pump (13) with frequency-free inlet- and discharge flow. Counter stream lines consist of three cycles of passage openings-part surfaces. One of the passage openings is mounted at a lower well pipe or lower shaft (18) or at a bottom well pipe or bottom shaft (19).
