<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for treating organic waste, which can reduce energy, dispense with facility or maintenance and reduce the cost while reducing the volume of waste and collecting energy efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for treating organic waste, surplus sludge, which is formed after organic waste is subjected to aerobic treatment, and the primary sludge of the organic waste are separately treated. The method includes: a step of adjusting the flow amount to adjust the flow amount of surplus sludge to a specific amount which gives a suitable temperature for later anaerobic digestion treatment when the surplus sludge is mixed with the primary sludge in the anaerobic digestion treatment; a step of heat solubilizing the surplus sludge of the flow amount adjusted in the step of adjusting the flow amount; and an anaerobic digestion treatment step of the anaerobic digestion treatment of the heat solubilized surplus sludge and the primary sludge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
