PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing longer sustained-release microcapsules containing bioactive substances which includes a step of adding an emulsion containing bioactive substances and biocompatible polymers to an aqueous solution for preparation.

SOLUTION: The method for preparing longer sustained-release microcapsules is characterized in that an emulsion containing bioactive substances and biocompatible polymers is added to an aqueous solution containing a salt of 0.02-0.15M for preparation.
