<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the maximum effective area that can secure the capacitance of an internal electrode pattern, and prevent short-circuiting of the internal electrode pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a step of providing a plurality of dielectric layers 100 including a first ceramic powder and a first binder; a step of forming a plurality of first internal electrode patterns 201, 203, and 205 and second internal electrode patterns 202, 204, and 206, which are extracted to different planes of the dielectric layers 100, by applying an electrode paste including a conductive powder and a second binder to the dielectric layers 100; a step of forming a multilayer main body 20 by stacking the dielectric layers 100; and a step of forming margin parts 150a and 150b by applying a ceramic slurry containing a second ceramic powder and a solvent that has no compatibility with the first binder or the second binder to at least one plane of the multilayer main body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
