<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an offset between signals output from common signal lines different from each other. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: a pixel part 103 in which a plurality of pixels including photoelectric conversion parts are arranged; a first storage part CTS (1) and a second storage part CTS (2) for storing pixel signals read out of the pixel part 103; a first read-out switch 410 for reading out pixel signals stored in the first storage part CTS (1) to a first common signal line 401a; a second read-out switch 419 for reading out pixel signals stored in the second storage part CTS (2) to a second common signal line 402a; and a third read-out switch 414 an input end of which is electrically connected to an output end of the second storage part CTS (2) and an output end of which is electrically connected to an output end of the first read-out switch 410 so as to read out the pixel signals stored in the second storage part CTS (2) to the first common signal line 401a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
