PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus of Korean cabbages is provided to cut various sizes of cabbages with one apparatus because left and right longitudinal guide rollers are separately operated and an included angle between the front and back guide rollers is controlled. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus of Korean cabbages comprises left and right transferring guide units, a cutting unit, and a body unit. The front and back guide rollers(1a,2a) of the left transferring guide unit and front and back guide rollers(1,2) of the right transferring guide unit are arranged at an included angle in a pair oppositely each other. A conveyor belt is guided by the front and back guide rollers of the left and right transferring guide units and is driven in an endless track. The cutting unit comprises a half-cutting part and a sheath part. A cutting blade(20) of the half-cutting part is arranged in the central top part of the left and right transferring guide units and is connected to an output shaft of a half-cutting drive motor. A vice cutter of the sheath part is installed at a distance from a rotational axis of the cutting blade. The body part supports the left and right transferring guide units and the cutting unit and controls the transfer and position of the apparatus. |
