<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition long in the bearing lubricating life even under a high-temperature environment and excellent in exfoliation resistance, and sealed in roll bearings for electric car equipment or auxiliary equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The grease composition for roll bearings for electric car equipment or auxiliary equipment contains an alkyl diphenyl ether oil as an essential component as a base oil, a diurea compound represented by formula (1) as a thickener, and an organic sulfonate salt-based rust preventive and a load-resistance additive as exfoliation resistance additives.
