<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a universal joint yoke 7d capable of holding a rolling bearing inside a circular hole 15 with a sufficient holding force by securing a fitting length of the bearing in the circular hole 15, attaining improvement in material yield and shortening in processing time, and sufficiently reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: An opening peripheral part of each of the circular holes 15 and 15 inside each of coupling arms 10a and 10a constituting the yoke 7d includes each of overhang parts 22 and 22 formed by the use of embossing. Particularly a front end side of each of the coupling arms 10a and 10a on each of the overhang parts 22 and 22 includes each of discontinuous parts 23 and 23, having an opening width large enough to freely pass it for an end of a joint cross, thereby solving the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
