Provided is an integrated sensor module comprising: at least one light source (11) for emitting light to an effective touch area; an image sensor (13); and a coupling optical element for forming an image onto the image sensor with light reflected by the effective touch area; the coupling optical element comprises a first part (14a) for illumination and a second part (14b) for image formation, and the light emitted from the at least one light source passes through the first part and illuminates the effective touch area; the reflected light passes through the second part and forms an image on the image sensor. The integrated sensor module has a more compact dimension due to the structure of the coupling optical element.
