PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence display device is provided to prevent defects generated in the process by forming a mask layer into a double layer structure of silicon nitride and polyvinyl pyrrolidone. CONSTITUTION: Disuse organic compound layers(2a,2b,2c) are formed on water of a substrate. A mask layer containing water-soluble material is installed on a part of a domain in which the disuse organic compound layers are formed. A part of the disuse organic compound layers which is formed in a domain in which the mask layer is not installed is eliminated. The mask layer is eliminated. An electron injection layer(15) containing one of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal is formed in a domain which includes a light emitting area. |
