AN INFLATABLE FABRICS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A two-layered fabric with two separate fabric layers by OPW(one piece woven) is provided to maintain excellent physical property and to effectively fabricate an airbag cushion. CONSTITUTION: A two-layered fabric which is inflatable by bas contains dual texture pattern with different textile layers at upper side and lower side. The textile includes 1x1 textile, 2x2 textile, satin fabric, warp rib texture, weft rib texture, or blend texture thereof. The stiffness of the textile layers is 3.5 kgf or less. The thickness of the textile layers is 0.5 or less. The two-layered fabric comprises a step of weaving the textile layers of upper and lower sides by OPW(one piece woven) method.
