<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of observing the rear area of a rear-view mirror using the rear-view mirror and a camera. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring device includes a mirror for reflecting the shape of an object, a camera part for capturing the image data of an object of shooting from the shape of the object and processing the captured image data, and a display module for displaying the image data processed by the camera part.
