<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple relief valve structure allowing relief oil pressure of a relief valve to be variable. <P>SOLUTION: The relief valve structure includes a relief valve 30 provided with: a valve housing chamber into which oil discharged from an oil pump 11 is introduced through an input port 43; a spool valve slidably which is housed in the valve housing chamber and receives the oil pressure on a pressure receiving chamber face set at one end; a relief port 44 which is opened by the sliding of the spool valve; and a return spring 42 urging the spool valve to the one end. The relief valve structure further includes: a back pressure chamber set at the other end of the valve housing chamber; an oil leading-out path 36 communicated with the back pressure chamber; and an oil pressure variable mechanism 70 controlling the amount of oil flowing to a drain oil path 57 from the oil leading-out path 36, by means of a centrifugal governor 71 with one end connected to the oil leading-out path 36 and the other end connected to the drain oil path 57 and rotated in synchronization with the rotation of an engine 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
