<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatic response processing more surely function. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic speech response device includes a speech recognition unit, a response processing execution unit, and a management information updating unit. The speech recognition unit recognizes an input speech to take out character data. The response processing execution unit executes response processing corresponding to the result of speech recognition on the basis of management information where contents of response processing and character data are preliminarily associated with each other and are registered. When character data obtained by the speech recognition is not registered in the management information, the management information updating unit newly associates one of contents of response processing, which have been registered in the management information, with the character data which is not registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
