<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving operation determining device and the like capable of surely avoiding obstacle in a simplified configuration, determining an optimal route of a mobile body, and selecting an appropriate behavior according to various purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The moving operation determining device includes: a potential setting section 21 for setting a potential according to a dimension of a detecting object; a subdivided detection area specifying section 22 for specifying a subdivided detection area that includes a potential out of subdivided detection areas formed by subdividing a detection area; a detection value calculating section 23 for calculating an included potential value for each subdivided detection area as a detection value; an operation setting information storing section 27 for storing combined detection pattern of the subdivided detection areas and output operations corresponding thereto as operation setting information; an output operation specifying section 24 for comparing the pattern of the subdivided detection area with the combined detecting pattern of the operation setting information and specifying the output operation of the mobile body 10; and an operation determining section 25 for optimizing and determining, for the specified output operation, the output operation based on the detection value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
