<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for opening and closing a grill shutter, which can open and close a grill shutter using the wind pressure acting on the grill shutter and vibrations imparted to the grill shutter. <P>SOLUTION: The device for opening and closing a grill shutter includes: a guide rail 20 frictionally engaging with the grill shutter 13 so as to be slidable in a vertical direction; a detection means for detecting at least one of a travelling speed, a travelling wind pressure and an atmosphere temperature; a vibration imparting means 30 for causing the guide rail to vibrate so as to reduce a frictional engagement force of the grill shutter; and a control means 32 for controlling the vibration imparting means based on an output of the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
